"Men and women should receive equal pay for equal jobs. The fact that women in general receive 79% of male salaries, and women of color receive even less, is unacceptable. This must be changed. Because same-sex marriage is a legal entity, individuals in same-sex marriage should have the same legal and social benefits as partner in traditional marriage. "
